CSD RAILROAD MODELING UNIVERSITY

Third Semester
September 20, 2008
First Baptist Church, Charlotte, NC

You are invited to learn (more) about the World's Greatest Hobby — Model Railroading!!!

What is the Railroad Modeling University?

It is a place to discover the fun of model railroading. Master Model Railroaders and just 'Plain Ole Modelers' will be available to conduct clinics (short classes in 'university speak') and hold demonstrations (labwork in 'university speak') about the various aspects of model railroading. We have reports posted on our First Semester in September 2007 and our Second Semester in January 2008 to give you a peek at what you can expect at our next RMU session.

Where and when is the Railroad Modeling University being held?

The next semester of our Railroad  Modeling University, sponsored by the Carolina Southern Division, National Model Railroading Association, is scheduled for September 20th at First Baptist Church in downtown Charlotte. Our Division Superintendent has issued an announcement letter for participants. The details of clinic offerings are posted below.

What activities will I find at the next semester of the Railroad Modeling University?

Classes/Clinics will begin at 9 am and run in half-hour segments. Some classes may span two class segments. The exact timing has not yet been set, but the classes/clinics currently on tap are:
