The MER LOCAL welcomes articles, photographs and model railroad
related material as contributions to members' mutual enjoyment of the
hobby. Materials should have a wide appeal. Editors will exercise all
due care of submissions, but contributors should not send originals
without having back-up copies of both articles and photographs.
Editors, by definition, reserve the right ‹and have the responsibility)
to make corrections, deletions and changes to accommodate space.
